According to the Provincial Economic and Information Commission, Sichuan RFID industry has the R&D and production capacity of chip design and packaging, reader and writer product manufacturing and application system integration. Among them, the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China's infrared imaging sensor system, Sichuan University Zhisheng video processing and pattern recognition system, Chengdu Zhenxin Technology MEMS (micro electro mechanical system) inertial devices and satellite navigation and positioning terminals, Sichuan Hexin microelectronic digital analog hybrid IP core (intellectual property core) and codec chips are at the leading level in the domestic video recognition and positioning tracking industry; Sichuan University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Southwest Jiaotong University, Institute of Optics and Electronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences and others have strong strength in optical fiber sensing technology, ad hoc network technology, high-resolution earth observation technology, sensor core chip and antenna design, application software, middleware and other fields; CEST30 is at the leading level in terms of Internet of Things information security in China.

In terms of identification, Sichuan Pushi Information has produced 60 million UHF RFID tags per year. Sichuan Kailuwei, Feiyang Technology, Thunder Micro Power, Aifu and other enterprises have successfully developed UHF RFID chip technology and products.
